About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines repair requirements for a Ruby Mountain IHC Crew Carrier, specifically a 2016 International truck (VIN: 1HTMKAAL4GH376886) operated by the Bureau of Land Management Nevada Region. The repairs must be completed by a certified International Mechanic by March 1, 2025, and include replacing the driver door hinge, diagnosing throttle squeal, replacing warped exhaust manifold and EGR cooler, replacing control actuator for rear heat, replacing all shocks, replacing front axle spring pin bushings and U-bolts, replacing torque rod and trailing arms on rear axle, and repairing inoperable lights.
The contractor must ensure parts availability and current pricing before bidding. The vehicle is currently at Silver State International in Sparks, NV. While the government will handle transportation within 300 miles, vendors beyond this radius must arrange and separately quote transportation costs to/from their facility. All repairs must meet manufacturer specifications and follow SAE torque standards, with detailed requirements for cleaning, assembly, and parts replacement included in the workmanship requirements section.
