Scope of Work

Jeehdeez’a Elementary School Installa�on of Qolsys Wireless Burglary System with Integrated Video with Phone App

1.0 Loca�on

The project is for Bureau of Indian Educa�on (BIE) Jeehdeez’a Elementary School located in Low Moun�an, AZ 86510.

2.0 Background

Jeehdeez’a Elementary School has an immediate need for an integrated video and burglar alarm system to provide a safe and secure facility.

3.0 Mandatory Onsite Visit

Interested vendors shall conduct a mandatory onsite visit prior to submi�ng a quote. To schedule an appointment, please contact Oneita Tootsie at 928-725-3308 op�on 4. The onsite visit shall be made at no cost to the government, Monday – Friday, excep�ng holidays, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm local �me.

4.0 Work Schedule

The work shall be performed on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm local �me.

5.0 Period of Performance

The project shall be completed within 45 days from date of the award of purchase order.

6.0 Scope of Work

1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, licensing, and equipment to perform the work for installing the equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for professional quality and �mely comple�on of the project.

2. Contractor shall check in at the front office and adhere to school safety protocols.

3. As with any new technological advances, the need to train users from the vendor is vital to be successful. Contractor shall list all specific training for end-users, technology personnel, and administrators with hardware and so�ware capability, func�on, and setup. Contractor shall indicate if this will be an addi�onal charge, or it will be included in the installa�on costs.

4. Contractor shall install new main door contacts, overhead contacts, and mo�on sensors to back up all exit doors.

5. Contractor shall install day local door sounders on doors leading outside from dormitory halls.

6. Contractor shall mount the NVR.

7. Contractor shall provide training to school personnel on the system.

1. All safety precau�ons shall be used to ensure students and staff are protected.

2. The work area will be kept clean at all �mes, and demo-out materials shall be disposed of in the proper place.
