About this file
This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from the Morris Wetland Management District for steel entry door replacement services at two shop locations in Morris, Minnesota. The project involves removal and disposal of eight existing steel entry doors (four per shop) and installation of eight new steel entry doors with frames, thresholds, and swing arm/door closers. Each door opening has a 40" x 86" rough-in dimension, with the bottom 40 inches secured into concrete and upper portions secured to wood framing. The new doors must be brown in color to match existing garage doors. Shop 1 requires specific door swing configurations: one right hand reverse swing-out, two left hand swing-ins, and one right hand swing-out. Shop 2 requires two right hand swing-in doors and two left hand swing-in doors. All existing handles and locks must be removed from old doors and reinstalled on new doors. Site visits are recommended for both locations to verify door sizes and color matching accuracy.
The technical point of contact is Josh Pittman at 320-288-3328. The Morris Wetland Management District is located at 43875 230th Street, Morris, Minnesota 56267. The RFQ does not specify response deadlines, award dates, pricing terms, or other contract administration details in the provided document.
