About this file
This document is a technical specification for an automotive lift installation at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Rapids Lake Shop Facility in Carver, Minnesota. The project involves installing a Rotary Sp020-TA 2-post above-ground lift with a 20,000 lb capacity, including a car lift polymer adaptor kit. Key specifications include an adjustable height from 15'-0" to 16'-6", symmetric "Double S" 8-bend columns, patented 3-stage TRIO arms, and ALI/ETL GOLD Safety Certification. The installation requires partial decommissioning and cement capping of an existing SmartLift, with the new lift to be installed in the same bay. Additional components include an air/electric utility box, column-mounted door defenders, and wheel wings. The manufacturer provides a 5-year structural warranty, 2-year parts warranty, and 1-year labor warranty.
