About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the NEDU OSF Cybersecurity Modernization contract. The CDRL specifies eight data items that the contractor must deliver throughout the contract performance period, all referenced to Statement of Work (SOW) paragraphs and utilizing the DI-MISC-80508B or DI-SESS-80776B Data Item Descriptions.
The required deliverables include: (A001) Off-Site Lab Reconstitution & Emulation Validation Report due 30 days after contract award; (A002) Hardware Test Report due within 10 business days of task completion; (A003) Windows 11 Interoperability Analysis Report due within 10 business days of analysis completion; (A004) Win 10 to Win 11 Test Report due within 10 business days of task completion; (A005) Final Baseline Codebase (Technical Data Package) in native file format submitted as needed; (A006) Technical Hardening Artifacts due within 10 business days after hardening and scans completion; (A007) Final Project Report with Government-signed Factory Acceptance Test due within 5 business days of FAT completion; and (A008) Monthly Status Reports due by the fifth business day of each month. All deliverables require submission as signed PDF files via email to the contract specialist (contact information to be provided after award), with distribution to NEDU and NSWC PCD. Contractor format is acceptable for most items. Total copies required range from one to two reproducible copies per deliverable. The government requires DD 250 inspection/acceptance for most items, with approval authority retained by NEDU as the requiring office.
