SPECIFICATIONS FOR WHEEL OFFSET HARROW GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
It is the purpose of the following specifications to describe a AMCO G2-3232 Wheel Offset Harrow for Big Muddy National Fish & Wildlife Refuge. The vendor shall supply the requested Wheel Offset Harrow or Brand Name or Equal make /model; to be considered equal, products must have the identified “SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS” and be suitable for the specific application uses.

Explain Deviations
Disk Configurations:
Must be a 16’ 4” disk.
Must be 16 foot, 4 inches working width.
Must be 12 ½ inch blade spacing.
Transport Width:
Must have a transport width under 18 feet.
Disk Weight:
Disk must have a minimal weight of 14,000 lbs. or more.
Disk must have a minimal weight of 379 lbs. per blade.
Disk Blades:
Must have a minimum of 32 blades.
Disk blades must be 32 inch in diameter and be notch cut earth blades on both front and rear gangs.
Disk blades must be a minimum of 3/8 inches thick.
Disk Gangs:
Disk gangs must be single offset with adjustable angle.
Gang bolts must be minimal of 2 ¼ round style, high carbon, cold-rolled steel axles.
Must have a minimum of 16 bearings.
Must have 2 ¾ bore greaseable ball bearings
Must have wear and zerk guards to protect bearings
Disk scrapers must be 3/16”x 6 ½”x8”, high carbon steel, replaceable, adjustable scraper blades mounted on bars of 2
½” x 2 ½” square tubing, mounted with heavy duty U-bolts.
Tires/wheels:
Must have dual tires with dual hubs.
Tires must be 12 ply minimum.
Wheel hubs must be heavy duty 8-lug.
Depth Control:
Must have adjustable depth control with dual spring stabilizers that allows for even cut..
Must include 5”x16”x2 1/2” hydraulic cylinder for lift and transport.
Must have adjustable tongue hitch with jack.
