STATEMENT OF WORK (2024 6 27)
Service
Replace Overhead Doors for vehicle building
1. General:
1.1 Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery (NFH), 530 Hatchery Rd, Riverdale, ND 58565.
Service, Replace three overhead doors on Vehicle Storage Building
1.2 Purpose/End Application: This project is to install new overhead doors for the vehicle buildings.
1.3 Contractor Qualifications: The contractor must be appropriately licensed and certified within the state of North Dakota to install the garage doors.
1.4 Other: The contractor must follow all associated regulations and laws including:
Municiple, Federal, State, and County.
2. Place of Performance and Period of Performance
2.1 Work is to be performed at Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery, 530 Hatchery Rd, Riverdale, ND 58565.
2.2 This project needs to be completed prior to October 1, 2024.
2.3 Normal duty hours Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. In the event of emergencies, Contractor shall provide contact information.
2.4 Non-duty hours include week nights, weekends, and Government holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King JR.s’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
3. Scope
3.1 Contractor shall install three 10’2”W x 9’H Raynor Aspen, 200, white, flush plank panel, insulated with an R-value of 18, standard interior lock, normal headroom track that requires 14” of headroom, 2” angle mount track, 2” thick door, self-contained neoprene head and jamb seal, 2
ea. insulated ranch windows in the 2nd from top section.
4. Deliverables and/or Delivery Schedule: (for extended list a bid schedule and/or use of line item detail on the PR is recommended)

6.1 Garrison Dam NFH will provide restrooms, electricity, and water for the contractor to using while the contracted work is being completed.
6.2 Identify any limitations. N/A
7. Evaluation and Acceptance
7.1 The contractor will be evaluated as detailed herein. Government acceptance is contingent upon: designated U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service representative(s) determining the work to be acceptable and in good working order.
8. Quality Control/Quality Assurance:
8.1 For commercial supplies reference clauses for inspection and acceptance. Where appropriate, QC will be maintained according to industry standards and made available to the agency with the contractor’s proposal.
8.2 Identify and detail measures for assessing quality control and acceptance; each requirement is unique and a table format is visually friendly and may be desirable.
