The facility must provide three large, covered structures with multiple rooms, hallways, and catwalks for observation on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for force-on-force training with rifle, pistol, and tactics instruction. Wednesday training requires one large, covered structure with mechanical breaching capability (push/pull doors for ram and Halligan use) plus a separate structure for tactical medicine scenarios. All structures must accommodate low-light condition training and support force-on-force exercises.
