About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice issued by the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) for market research purposes regarding the renewal of GraphPad Prism Statistical Analysis Software licenses. USAMRIID requires 190 licenses for scientific graphing, comprehensive curve fitting, nonlinear regression, statistics, and data organization software that will integrate seamlessly with existing GraphPad software on standard Windows desktop platforms throughout the organization. The RFI is not a solicitation and does not constitute an obligation or commitment by the Government; no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Responses are due by March 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format (maximum 10 pages, excluding cover page) to Ryan Jorgensen, Contract Specialist, and Tonya Kreps, Contracting Officer. The NAICS code is 544210 (Software Publishing), and small business responses are encouraged.

The Minimum Essential Characteristics specify that the software must perform advanced statistical functions including paired/unpaired t-tests, nonparametric tests (Mann-Whitney, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Wilcoxon), one-way and two-way ANOVA with multiple comparison testing options, Kruskal-Wallis and Friedman tests, Fisher's exact test and chi-square analysis, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis with log-rank testing, column statistics (mean, SD, quartiles, normality testing, outlier identification), linear and nonlinear regression analysis, and clinical diagnostic statistics including Bland-Altman plots and receiver operator characteristic curves. Responses must address how the organization meets these requirements, confirm registration in SAM.gov, list all ordering vehicles and contracting numbers, and provide sufficient technical data demonstrating capability. All information received will be treated as confidential business information and properly marked accordingly.
