About this file
This justification and approval document authorizes the use of other than full and open competition for a sole-source contract with Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc. The Marine Corps Logistics Command requires 276 tooling, support fixtures, and jigs owned by Rolls-Royce to perform an overhaul of the 20V4000M93 engine as part of an inter-service agreement with the United States Coast Guard. The engine is used in the Coast Guard's 154-foot Fast Response Cutters.
