MINNESOTA AIR NATIONAL GUARD

HEADQUARTERS 133RD AIRLIFT WING (AMC)

STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Project Title: 133 MXS Inspection Dock Tool Cabinet

2. Project Location:133d Airlift Wing
Minnesota Air National Guard Base

685 General Miller Drive St Paul, MN 55111

3. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide an automatic tool control cabinet and startup services needed for inspection dock requirements.

4. Detailed Requirements:

A. 54” Automatic Tool Control Box

· Quantity: 1 each

· To include: Toolbox with at least 9 drawers and approximately 25 individual keys with individually identifiable ID tags for opening and closing the toolbox.

· Toolbox needs to hold approximately 300 tools.

· Toolbox should be a minimum of 54” in order to store the number of tools required.

· Software must report in real time the status of all tools stored within the box.

· Tools must be automatically checked out and turned in when removed from toolbox.

· The software must maintain a current inventory of tools that are in the toolbox.

· The software must track which tools have been removed.

· Software must interface with Air National Guard TC Max Software mandated by AFI 21-101.

· Wi-Fi capable (for standalone communication to other ATC interfaced boxes and lockers, Wi-Fi will be strictly non-network use)

· Toolbox software must be scalable for the addition of other automatic tool control boxes in the future.

· Must be capable of expanding to ethernet networkable on the AF NIPRNET, and scalable with other automatic tool control units

· Includes 110v AC for power.

· Must automatically lock when closed and give a noticeable alert if tools are improperly placed within toolbox or it’s not fully closed.

· Includes RFID and manual key access.

· Includes castors and a push bar.

· Able to track serialized, certified, and calibrated items

· Contractor must image tools and cut toolbox foam to fit the tools that will be placed in the toolbox.

· A list and associated pictures of the tools to be placed in the toolbox will be provided to the contractor.

· Tools cannot be modified to provide tracking

5. Warranty: All materials shall be warranted to be in compliance with this statement of work and to the highest standards of the industry. Minimum warranty of 1 year from date of installation.
