MINNESOTA AIR NATIONAL GUARD
HEADQUARTERS 133RD AIRLIFT WING (AMC)

STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Project Title: 133rd AW Range Contract
2. Project Location: Off Base Civilian/Government Owned Firing Ranges
3. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide the 133rd Airlift Wing use of firing range for training purposes. This includes class time as well as live fire training and a cleaning room for weapons after use. Exact quantity of hours needed for access is unknown. Potential needs could include up to eleven weekends (11) and thirty weekday training days during contract year, subject to range availability, for approximately 230 hours.
4. Special Requirements:
a) Range must possess a minimum of five (5) firing points.
b) The range must be inspected and certified by both the 133rd Wing Safety and the 133rd Combat Arms Section.
c) Provide range on agreed upon days scheduled through owning range scheduler.
d) Available on weekdays and weekends.
e) Must be able to accommodate 9mm pistol ammunition and up to 5.56 caliber ammunition.
f) The range will ideally be within 50 miles from the 133rd Airlift Wing, located at 631 Minuteman Dr., Saint Paul, MN 55111.
g) The range must possess a ventilation system, which meets or exceeds all existing OSHA standards.
h) The range must allow shooting from a minimum of seven (7) yards and out to and including 25 yards.
i) The range rules must allow shooters to draw and fire rapidly from a holster.
j) The range rules must allow the shooters to perform tactical courses of fire and allow for movement side to side, and down range to the backstop.
k) The classroom shall contain seating to accommodate at least five (5) people or the equivalent amount of firing points.
l) The range must include an area for weapons cleaning and general maintenance.
5. Period of Performance (PoP):
The Period of Performance shall be as needed and based upon range availability as listed below:
