RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS
Question #1: Will just one IDIQ contract be awarded and these projects will fall under that IDIQ contract or are you planning to award more than one IDIQ contract?
Response #1: ASRC intends to multiple contracts. One contract per project. Dependent on the number of qualified firms that respond, a qualified firm may receive one, or more contracts dependent on availability and willing to perform the required work. Contracts are also contingent upon successful negotiations on the fee of each project.
Question #2: What document needs to be submitted?
Response #2: The only document that needs to be completed is SF330, Part I and Part II.
Question #3: Where should resumes be included?
Response #3: Resumes should be part of SF330, Part I Section E.
Question #4: Is the body of the qualification package that same as Part I Section H.?
Response #4: Yes, the body of the qualification package is reference to Section H. Only Section H is limited to 15 pages. Resumes only need to be in Section E. The content of Section H is limited to 15 pages, including covers, tabs etc.
Question #5: Does the 15 page limit apply to all of SF330?
Response #5: Only Section H is limited to 15 pages. The sum total of SF330 may be greater than 15 pages.
Question #6: Are the ASRCC Terms and Conditions documents to be returned with the SF330 proposal?
Response #6: No. The Terms and Conditions will only be applicable to qualified firms who receive a contract. This is an unrestricted sources sought.
Question #7: What is the minimum/maximum number of projects that will be considered in the SF330? What is the maximum age?
Response #7: Provide up to ten projects in Section F. Section H may be used to supplement if additional projects illustrate the firm’s qualifications. There is no maximum age of project, however, recent projects are of greater interest to ASRC.
Question #8: How should the SF330 be submitted?
Response #8: Submit SF330 as a single pdf attachment to the following email addresses:
| Betty Kliewer | betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil | |
| Christopher Taylor | christopher.taylor.106.ctr@us.af.mil |
Question #9: What is the maximum number of firms ASRCC will select?
Response #9: ASRCC may award up to twelve contracts. This is dependent on the sum total negotiated design fees, the number of qualified firms that respond and the priority of the project. Higher priority projects will be awarded first and then proceed to lower priority projects.
Question #10: Can details of the contemplated projects be released?
Response #10: ASRCC will consider the projects listed in Section F and other pertinent information listed in Section H. ASRCC may contact a firm to ask questions prior to seeking a request for proposal on a certain project. Project experience in the architectural and engineering industry is sufficient to demonstrate that a firm is qualified.
