About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for interior renovations and upgrades to the Governor's Suite at the Florida State Capitol in Leon County, Tallahassee. The project is estimated to be a $10,000,000 effort covering approximately 25,000 square feet. The RFQ requests that respondents identify their full A/E team, including architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers. The selection schedule indicates that responses are due by February 15, 2024, with the final design documents to be completed within 4 months. No hard copies of the response are required, and respondents may retype or resize forms as needed to provide additional information.
The RFQ does not specify a maximum page limit and allows for the use of section tabs and images. Respondents must provide a statement certifying that they have not and will not use federally appropriated funds for this project. This is a state and local contract opportunity, and the successful A/E firm will contract directly with DMS.

Approximately 25,000 square feet.
We assume you want the entire A/E Team identified for this work, which would include Architects, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural engineers.
