NOTE: Base CLIN(s) can be started immediately after award; however, all work required by the CLIN must be completed and weather and ground conditions must allow for inspections to be completed. Start dates are based on typical climate conditions, and road and trail closures. Regardless of actual starting date, all Trail Maintenance Items shall be completed no later than the Required Completion Date listed.

The Contractor shall make progress at a rate that will assure completion of work by the required completion date for each Item. Award of more than one Item to a Contractor will not change the required performance period for each Item. If multiple Items are awarded to one Contractor, the respective performance times will run concurrently, not consecutively. Work may be performed on each Item in succession provided a rate of progress is maintained to ensure completion of all work by the required deadlines.
