About this file
This document contains a market research questionnaire and sources sought notice for two liquid oxygen supply contracts. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District is conducting market research to identify potential suppliers for liquid oxygen requirements at the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Project in Modoc, South Carolina and the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake Project in Elberton, Georgia from May to December 2022. The questionnaire asks current suppliers about their 2021 contractual performance and capacity to meet 20 to 100 tons per day of liquid oxygen delivery. Interested parties should respond with company and point of contact information, website, DUNS and CAGE codes, and business size designation. Responses should also include a capability statement demonstrating experience delivering over 40 tons of liquid oxygen daily within the last five years. The sources sought notice provides draft scopes of work for the two contracts and advises that formal solicitations will be issued.
