About this file
The document is an Experience Worksheet for a potential federal construction project at Rygge, Norway, designed to assess contractor capabilities across multiple technical domains. The worksheet requires contractors to self-evaluate their experience in areas including demolition, environmental remediation, site preparation, civil engineering, site layout, pavement construction, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, and quality control/safety procedures, specifically noting both prime contractor and subcontractor experience levels. The worksheet is directly related to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) planned Deployable Airbase System (DABS) and Facilities, Equipment and Vehicles (FEV) construction project, which is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price design-bid-build contract valued between $25-100 million, with an estimated 830-day construction timeline beginning around October 2026.
