About this file
This document outlines a pre-solicitation notice for blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for heavy construction vehicle rentals to be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District Contracting Office. The Corps intends to establish non-priced BPAs under NAICS codes 532412, 532490, and 336999 to acquire construction equipment rentals on an as-needed basis for projects in Florida and parts of Georgia. Responses are due by March 26, 2024. Awards will be made to a minimum of three and maximum of four small businesses demonstrating technical capability to deliver required equipment within five days of order and proven past performance. Factors for evaluation include technical approach, past performance references, and price lists for equipment. The BPAs will facilitate task orders for equipment rental priced using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation of responses from agreement holders.
