Facilities Please briefly describe the facilities, their location, and staffing levels at each facility.
Structures and Equipment Please briefly describe the structures (rearing vessels, incubation building, etc) and major equipment (fish pump, hoppers, pescalators, etc).
Objectives Introduction Please briefly describe the objectives of the program with species, type and/or stock number. Include metrics such as: collection of X number of adults, take of X number of eggs, production of X number of smolts, release of X number of smolts a X fpp in X month, in X location. List separately for each stock.
Fish Culture Activities For the following sections, organize by species, then stock, then broodyear. Although this report is produced annually, each report should present all available information on each broodyear, so that broodyears can be tracked from egg take to release.
Spring chinook 52.17 broodstock collection and egg take If spawning occurs, please describe collection, spawning and egg take. Example:
The fish ladder/trap was opened on 10 May 2017 and remained open for the remainder of the season. A total of 4,486 adults, and 449 jacks were collected. Spawning started in mid-September. A total of 484 females were spawned. BKD levels were tested at each spawning event and remained at less than 10% of females spawned. All marked adults excess to brood, mortality, and research needs were out planted above Detroit Reservoir. All non-marked CHS were passed above the barrier or put into Horn Ck. All eggs were transferred to Marion Forks Hatchery for incubation. A total of 217,800 green eggs were taken at the Minto Facility. Average fecundity was 3,000 eggs per female.

spring chinook 52.15 Juvenile Rearing, Acclimation and release If rearing or acclimation occurs, please describe activities and metrics shown in the table below. Example:
Total egg take for broodyear 2015 was 3,400,000. In January of 2016, 2,900,000 fry were ponded at a size of X fish per pound, with an egg-to-fry survival rate of 85%. These fish were reared at the hatchery until February of 2017. Total rearing mortality for this period was 100,000 fish, resulting in a survival rate of 97%. During this rearing period, the fish did not develop any significant disease problems and required no medicated feed. The feed conversion rate in January of 2016 was 0.85, while the conversion rate in February 2017 was 1.02. In February 2017, 436,685 smolts at 10.0 fish/lb were released from the hatchery into the Rogue River. In March 2017, 93,907 smolts at 12.6 fish/lb were released from the hatchery into the Rogue River.
