About this file

This document is a Schedule of Items Bid Sheet for LBL Bison & Elk Veterinary Services, covering a base year and four option years from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. The bid sheet requires vendors to provide hourly rates for various veterinary services related to bison and elk, including travel rates to specific locations (Elk & Bison Prairie and South Bison Range), hourly rates for working with animals in handling facilities and in the field, single visit evaluations, meetings, and sample handling. The pricing structure allows vendors to submit rates for each contract year, with specific categories such as working with darted animals, locating and evaluating animals, and handling blood and tissue samples. The document is marked as a draft and requires vendors to fill in their name and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) on the form.

however, related supply and shipping costs may be included on the bill. This is separated since the veterinarian’s staff may be involved with this instead of the veterinarian.

It is also suitable to submit your normal hourly rate, if the same hourly rate will be charged for all services listed above.

If a higher rate is used for the first hour of any new off-site visit, list that as well. The list above is provided to show potential examples.
