About this file
This is a Sole Source Justification form template from the Washington Army National Guard's U.S. Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) at Camp Murray, Washington. The form is designed to document and justify contract awards made through other than full and open competition.
The template includes sections for documenting the agency activity, control number, nature of action, product description, total estimated cost, statutory authority citation, competition promotion efforts, market research, interested vendor details, and supporting facts. It requires both a Program/Requester certification and a Contracting Officer's certification (Nicholas A. Parker) to verify the accuracy and completeness of the justification. The form concludes with approval/disapproval sections and is structured to ensure compliance with FAR Part 6.301-1 requirements for sole source procurements.
