Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Marine Barracks Washington (MBW) Bus Wrapping Printing and Installation
1. Background The mission of the Marine Barracks Washington (MBW) is to provide ceremonial support for events such as funerals at Arlington National cemetery, transportation of the remains of fallen Marines from Dover Air Force Base, Marine Corps Parades hosted by the Commandant, and any other miscellaneous ceremonial requirements for the Marine Corps.
2. Scope
MBW has procured (3) new Electric Coach Buses in support of transportation requirements and in accordance with the Department of Defense 2035 Non-Tactical Vehicle Electrification Initiative. Due to the ceremonial nature of the unit, these transportation assets are required to be wrapped with graphics that convey Marine Corps professionalism due to the highly visible nature of the missions that it conducts. These graphic bus wrappings also assist in the Marine Corps Recruiting mission. To get these assets wrapped, a company will need to be hired to print the graphic and then install the graphic onto the coach buses.
3. Performance Requirements
3.1. Tasks: The Contractor shall…
3.1.1. The contractor shall work with Ms. Buffy Torre of the Wunderman Thompson, Global
Marketing Communications Agency for the Marine Corps, to receive the previously created wrapping designs. Creation of a new design is not required.
3.1.2. The contractor will print full wrappings for each of the (3) coach buses. The wrappings must be of the highest quiality 3M, be the best possible vinyl for these specific vehicles, either have UV resistant ink or a UV resistant coating over the graphic (durable).
3.1.3. The contractor will be responsible for all logistics to ship the printed wrappings to location of install.
3.1.4. All wrappings need to be installed on all (3) buses no later than 30 days after date of award.
This work will need to be conducted within thirty (30) miles of Marine Barracks Washington.

4. Applicable Information and/or Documents

Contractor at time of award.
4.2. Period of Performance: The required date of completion is thirty (30) days after the date of award.
4.3. Place of Performance: In vicinity of National Capital Region for installation. A Radius of thirty (30) miles of Marine Barracks Washington.
