Statement of Work (SOW)
1. General Information
Mobile hologram climbing wall with auto belay, on a dual axel trailer for use at community events for special engagements for recruiting efforts throughout the state to capture leads and enlistments. This trailer will include 4 stations and auto belay capable of holding approximately 40 lbs. up to 250 lbs. mounted on a heavy-duty mobile trailer with approximately 2.5-inch tongue with electronic brake controls and four (4) heavy duty jacks.
CLIN 0001: Quantity of 2: Mobile Holographic Climbing Wall, with full training covering every aspect of the new units. Each Climbing Wall’s first annual service inspection, certification, cable change, as well as re-training.
Specifications:
Minimum 24-foot-tall, 4 station mobile hologram Climbing wall with auto belay Four hydraulic Auto-Belay routes with a participant weight range from 40 lbs. to 250 lbs.
Custom Holographic Panels with pre-installed handholds Interchangeable side graphics to allow for the MN ARNG logo to the wall Reflective iridescent surface that changes under different lighting conditions.
Light and Buzzer system for each climbing station Hot Dipped Galvanized Frame and Trailer Removable trailer tongue T-Tool 12 Volt high pressure, high volume hydraulic power unit with integrated load holding check valves.
Dual 3000 PSI welded Hydraulic lifting Rams.
Dual 3500 lb Galvanized torsion axles with electric brakes.
Four (4) station hydraulic Auto-belay routes with cables, swivels and carabineers Carabineers/Swivels must be auto locking

CLIN 0002: Option to purchase an additional quantity of 1: Mobile Holographic Climbing Wall, with full training covering every aspect of the new units. Each Climbing Wall’s first annual service inspection, certification, cable change, as well as re-training.
CLIN 1001: Option Year 1 climbing wall annual service and refresher training; One (1) year.
CLIN 2001: Option Year 2 climbing wall annual service and refresher training; One (1) year.
CLIN 3001: Option Year 3 climbing wall annual service and refresher training; One (1) year.
CLIN 4001: Option Year 4 climbing wall annual service and refresher training. One (1) year.
2. Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance
2.1. Place of Delivery: Minnesota Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MN RRB) 1025 Broadway St NE Minneapolis, MN 55413

2.2. Required Onsight Training at the time of delivery for employees, to include first annual service.
2.3. Inspection and acceptance will occur at time of delivery by a government representative. A comprehensive bill of lading or delivery receipt shall accompany all deliverables that details, at minimum, all serial numbers associated with the requested trailer and internal equipment.
Warranty
All equipment shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty. The Contractor shall warranty all items delivered and ensure all items are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Additionally, without charge, repair or replace any equipment found to be defective in material or workmanship provided said equipment has been operated within standard procedures and instructions and such defects are not due to abuse, misuse or Acts of God.
One (1) Year Warranty with first year servicing included. Warranty starts from the date of delivery and acceptance.
Documentation The contractor shall provide all owner’s manuals, service manuals, certifications and any other manufacturer documentation that accompanies the purchase of this item. If any equipment installed has its own service and owner’s manual these will also be provided by the contractor.
