STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

JOINT LIGHT TACTICAL VEHICLE (JLTV) TRAILER SOLID ENCLOSURE

1. JLTV Trailer Solid Enclosure

2. Quantity: 30

3. Requirements:

a. Solid enclosure compatible with and mountable to a JLTV M1289 trailer

b. Durable construction of fiberglass or similar material

c. Capable of protecting equipment stored within from the harsh environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, high winds, and heavy precipitation

d. Two (2) vents are required

e. Rear hinged door to allow for ease of loading equipment

f. Padlock compatible trailer latch door

g. Four (4) mounts per side to allow shelter to seamlessly mount to trailer base (8 mounts total)

h. Olive drab paint color

i. Dimensions of the trailer enclosure:

i. 61” in width

ii. 93” in length

iii. 68” in height (minimum)

4. Vendor will submit all relevant specific details on their product in response to the solicitation, to include but not limited to: measurements, materials, weight and pictures. Other useful information must be submitted as well. Solicitation responses without specific information will not be considered.

5. All enclosures shall have serial numbers associated with them. All serial numbers shall be confirmed and submitted to: CPT Ryan Graen (ryan.s.graen.mil@army.mil) (or another POC identified) prior to delivery of enclosures.

6. Vendor is authorized to deliver using multiple shipments.

a. Shipment shall be in such a manner that equipment will not be damaged when offloading with a forklift.

b. Forklift is available at delivery location for offloading the Covers. Vendor is not required to offload Covers.
