About this file
This document is a self-scoring matrix for evaluating offerors on the Global Protective Services (GPS) Request for Information (RFI). The matrix includes instructions for offerors to input their company information and self-score across various evaluation categories such as ANSI PSC.1 audits, number of FTEs performing OCONUS armed security, contract values, geographic locations, and CPAR ratings. The total maximum score is 72,000 points, with a minimum technical rating threshold of 57,600 points required for eligibility. The accompanying federal contract opportunity is the GPS RFI 7, which seeks industry input and recommendations to improve the draft Performance Work Statement, Section L&M, and this self-scoring matrix before the formal RFP is released in the 1st Quarter of the current fiscal year, with a 45-day proposal period.

Although the overarching goal is for all companies that make up a JV become PSC.1 certified (and should be actively working towards total certification), as long as at least one of the venturers is PSC.1 compliant, the minimum qualification is considered to be met. |
