About this file

This amendment to a Request for Lease Proposals extends the offer and revised offer response due date to January 18, 2024 for approximately 10,797 square feet of office space in Provo, Utah. It replaces an exhibit regarding general clauses and includes a prohibition on the presence or use of the social networking service TikTok or any successor application on executive agency information technology, including certain contractor equipment, unless an exception is granted. Subcontractors must also include this substance in any lower-tier agreements. An authorized lease contracting officer approved this first amendment, which otherwise maintains all other original terms and conditions of the solicitation.
