About this file

This document is a geographic delineation map for contract opportunity 9NC2194-R, defining a specific service area in North Carolina. The delineated area encompasses the Wilmington, North Carolina region and surrounding communities, bounded by Route 211 and Route 401 to the north and west, I-40 and Route 24 to the north and east, Route 17 and associated roads extending south through Masonboro and Myrtle Grove areas, Route 421 southward to Fort Fisher and Southport, and back to Route 211 completing the boundary. The map visually illustrates this geographic region with a blue boundary line overlaid on a regional map showing major highways, municipalities including Fayetteville, Wilmington, and smaller towns such as Pembroke, Lumberton, and Hampstead, and geographic features including bodies of water.

The geographic boundaries establish the service territory for the contract opportunity, with cardinal directions and specific route sequences clearly defined to ensure precision in determining which areas and communities fall within the scope of work or service delivery requirements for opportunity 9NC2194-R.
