Capital Revitalization and Self- Government Improvement Act of 1997. The Act effectuated the reorganization and transition of functions relating to pretrial services, parole, adult probation, and offender supervision in the District of Columbia to a Federal arena. The mission of the CSOSA is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the community.

C.2 Background. Defendants or offenders referred to the RSC receive evaluation, counseling, treatment readiness, and referral services to other treatment facilities.

C.3 Scope of Work.

C.3.1 The Contractor shall prepare and deliver three nutritionally balanced meals and one evening snack for each resident on a daily basis. All meals and evening snacks shall adhere to the guidelines of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the DC Department of Health, except where specifically modified by this purchase order.
