Response: No budget range for this effort can be provided. The Statement of Work should contain adequate information for interested sources to prepare a fixed price for the effort required. If this is not the case, then please identify specifically what additional information is needed in order to enable sources to prepare a fixed price.

Response: This acquisition is for professional services. SF330 forms are only used for acquisitions pursuant to the Brooks Act. This is not an acquisition pursuant to the Brooks Act.

All interested entities are required to only submit the information identified in sections L.5, L.6, and L.7 of the solicitation.

Question #4: Would this facility be used to consolidate some of CSOSA existing sites in the District of Columbia?

Response: The replacement site will be for a field site that has reached its capacity. The replacement site will be used to manage office spaces and program spaces for our mission side of the agency. This will not be a facility that houses residential spaces.
