Questions and Answers

1. Is there an explanation on how to complete it or an example of how it should be completed?

There is no particular template or example to share. Refer to the RFQ for the Required and Desired Documentation submission detail. The required Technical Narrative must address how you satisfy each of the Required/Desired Qualifications.

2. Do we also submit our latest CV as well?

A resume/CV is required per the RFQ.

3. There are two positions, one is the associate director and the other one is the director. When offerors fill out my application, should we specify the position that we are applying for, or the recruiting committee will decide which position I would be qualified for based on my work experience?

We are considering offers to both Director or Associate Director levels. Note that qualifications vary slightly. You may apply to the level that best suits your capabilities. Your submission package must be emailed to Dudley and me.

4. In addition to that, I had an inactive SAM account and just reactivated it yesterday but I am not sure how long it will take my account to be active on the SAM.gov, are you familiar with that process?

Unfortunately, MCC only has limited understanding of the SAM registration process. It is managed by another Government agency. Please work with the Federal Service Desk (FSD.gov) for any questions regarding your SAM registration.

5. I have to specify one position and fill out the BIO-form accordingly. In that case, should I apply to two positions separately?

Offerors may apply to both Director and Associated Director positions. Note that the Government reserves the right to decide the appropriate level based on the offeror’s qualifications. For those applying to both levels, you do not have to submit two versions of the Required Documents, except for the Bio-Data Form. As the pay band for the two levels vary, your price offer would differ; therefore those apply to both levels must submit two Bio-Data Forms, one for each level. Offerors must make it clear in their submission which of the two levels or both they’re applying to.

6. There are two attachments in the job posting, do I need to fill out both and send it to you?

The PDF document is the RFQ itself and there is nothing to be completed. But refer to this document carefully for the required documents to be submitted. The second attachment is the Bio-Data Form that captures personal information and price offer. This is a required document and must be submitted as a part of your quote package.

7. Do I need to fill out the first attached form? (it is a little complicated.)

The PDF document does not need to be filled out or submitted. See response to Question 6 above.
