Can MCC provide more details as to why it is optional and what is meant by that activity? Would the selected firm be in charge of hiring enumerators for the beneficiary survey if they decide to include that activity in their proposal?
A – MCC will determine at the time of the award if this Survey will be needed. The selected firm would be required to implement and oversee all aspects of the beneficiary survey, including hiring of enumerators.

MCC be open to holding the three week field mission in October 2019 (versus August/September)?
A – While there is some flexibility on the team mission, it is not possible at this point to agree to an
October timeline.
