About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for potential Architect-Engineer (A/E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM). The amendment provides answers to vendor questions related to the RFQ requirements.

The RFQ seeks qualifications from A/E firm-led teams to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for new construction and modernization projects at USAGM's transmitting stations and facilities worldwide, with estimated construction costs ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000 per project. USAGM anticipates awarding at least two IDIQ contracts, each with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The government guarantees a minimum of $5,000 in task orders per contract, with a total not to exceed $1,000,000 per year. Services may include architecture, engineering, studies, design, construction documents, and other related tasks. Respondents must meet specific requirements related to firm qualifications, key personnel, design portfolio, organization and management, and documentation standards.
