QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO DIVERSITY TRAINING SOLICITATION
1. The Technical Proposal page limit is 10 pages and the resumes are part of Factor 1 Experience and Qualifications. Does the Vendors resume (s) count toward the Technical Proposal 10 page limit?
No, the Vendors resume (s) do not count toward the Technical Proposal 10 page limit.
2. The SOW says written parts of the proposal shall be formatted with font size 12 point or larger. Can tables be 10 or 11 point?
Yes, tables can be 10 or 11 point font.
3. What is the interval that the training classes will be conducted? In other words, will classes be conducted on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis?
The interval will vary based on the topic needs; however it's usually monthly.
4. The solicitation indicates “up to 32” personnel, but does this indicate “up to” 32 per training session?
(a) Is this training initiative for the entire organization?
Yes, the training initiative is for the entire organization.
5. Is there an incumbent contractor, or is this a first time initiative?
Yes, there are incumbent contractors.
Under place of performance it states: “The place of performance for the BPA will be at the following location:
• 330 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20237 (Cohen Building)
• Delivery of training shall be conducted live in-person at the locations identified above. In addition the BBG anticipates live-broadcasting (video conferencing) to remote participants in regional offices.
6. Does the Cohen Building classroom where training will take place have video conferencing cameras in place to bridge with OCR remote sites?
Yes, video conferencing is available, if needed.

8. Does the government want OCR participants at remote sites to participate in a class simultaneously via video teleconference with students attending a particular class at the Cohen building?
Yes, the Government would like the capability to allow for OCR participation along with students attending a particular class at the Cohen building, if needed.
9. Will the government provide an IT person to set up video conference requirements such as IP addresses and bridge points before each course to connect to remote sites and Cohen building or will that be the vendor’s responsibility for all video conferencing set up?
Yes, the Government will provide an IT person to set up video conference requirements, as necessary.
10. Is $105,000 the total contract price the government is willing to pay over the duration of the contract?
The $105,000 is the estimated amount of Diversity Training costs over the period of performance of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
11. How many participates will attend the training per workshop?
The BBG maximum number of attendees is 32 students, per training session.
12. How many training workshop sessions are you anticipating over the contract?
The estimated amount of training sessions is 2 a year.
13. How frequent will the training session be offered (for example, once per month, biweekly, etc.)?
The interval will vary based on the topic needs; however it's usually monthly.
