About this file

This document is a U.S. Coast Guard Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Coast Guard is seeking to rent the Asymmetric Solutions NFSWTC facility for a four-day training exercise for 75 USCG personnel, which includes small arms and light machine gun training, as well as berthing, bath, laundry, and recreation areas. The total estimated value of the contract is $36,578.10, and the procurement is for use during February 2026.

The justification is based on the premise that no other facilities within a reasonable mileage can conduct the training for the USCG during the specified time frame or provide adequate berthing. The suggested source is ASUSA Professional, LLC (UEI: HDJQNNGZ22R5), and the contract will be awarded using market research as the method for determining a fair and reasonable price. The technical requirement was signed by Malicia Smith on 01/07/2026, and the Contracting Officer, Yvett R. Garcia, signed the document on 01/15/2026.
