93310025Q0003 Questions and Answers
1. Does the VA require that the SDVOSB bidder be directly authorized by ManageEngine, or can an SDVOSB work through an authorized distributor?
• As specified in the solicitation, all bidders must provide verification of their status as an authorized reseller of ManageEngine products. This means the SDVOSB bidder must be authorized directly by ManageEngine, not indirectly through an agreement with an authorized distributor. This ensures compliance with the stated requirements and avoids any potential issues related to product authenticity or warranty support.
2. Would the VA accept a reseller agreement between an SDVOSB and an authorized distributor (who is already approved by ManageEngine)?
• No, we will not accept a reseller agreement between an SDVOSB and an authorized distributor. The solicitation explicitly requires that SDVOSB bidders themselves be verified as ManageEngine Authorized Resellers. This requirement is necessary to ensure that products provided under the contract meet our standards for quality, authenticity, and support.
3. I need to know, who is the end user for this software, location-name and address.
