Complete applications will be accepted from February 1, 2019 until April 2, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Those States or Tribal Organizations that submitted valid initial applications (listed below) must now submit a complete application packet electronically through www.grants.gov. Complete applications or portions thereof submitted by postal mail, courier, email, or by facsimile will not be accepted. See Section D in the Full Announcement

G. Project/Award Period
Section B.2 of the NOFO established a four-year period of performance for all awards under the
911 Grant Program.1 However, funding to administer the program expires on September 30,
2022.2 In order to administer and close the grants before the program’s administrative funding expires in September 2022, the Agencies are revising the program’s period of performance.
Accordingly, acting under the waiver authority set forth in Section H.4 of the NOFO,3 the
Agencies revise the period of performance from four years to a maximum of three years, but ending no later than March 31, 2022.4 Complete applications (including applicant budgets) must reflect this revised period of performance.
H. Award Amount
The Agencies issue this revision to the NOFO to provide preliminary funding allocations for each of the States or Tribal Organizations meeting the certification requirements set forth in the appendices of the NOFO: Appendix A for State applicants and Appendix B for Tribal
Organization applicants.
