• Questions and Answers provided below:
Question 1 Because the measurements for the U Bolts varies from organization to organization, please provide the drawing indicating the dimensions.
Also, what is the material of the U bolt?
Answer 1 A drawing is provided below on page 4
Question 2 Is there any volume info available for these items? Past history of volume or forecast volume?
Answer 2 Please see image below on page 4
Question 3 Is there a specific thread size for each u-bolt size?
Answer 3 Please see image below on page 4
Question 4 Is there a material the bolts should be made out of or the type of finish desired?
Answer 4 Please see image below on page 4
Question 5 I understand that no estimates for order size are given and are not guaranteed, but can you share past order information?
Specifically the quantities ordered and how often? To try and get an idea or the quantities that are normally ordered and hopefully work on more economical pricing.
Answer 5
This is a basic estimate on prior year usage. However, we can not say what will be used during this contract. It could be more or less than stated. It will depend on what projects each area has.
Please see table 1 below on page 5
Question 6 On page 4 at the bottom, it says Grand Total of 26-30, should that really be 21-30, or no? The only reason I ask is because it has sub totals for the breakdowns and then a grand total.
Answer 6 It is for that entire section so it would be 21 – 30.
