Any work done without proper inspection will be subject to rejection. Such inspection may include shop or field inspection, as required. LAWA shall be permitted access to all parts of the Work. All materials and fabricated items furnished by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection, and no materials or fabricated items shall be used in the Work until they have been inspected and accepted by LAWA. D. Failure of LAWA to notify the Contractor of any non-conforming Work shall not constitute acceptance of any non-conforming Work. The Contractor’s obligation to remove, replace or correct any non-conforming Work, whenever discovered, shall continue to the end of the warranty period specified in the Contract Documents. LAWA reserves and retains all rights and remedies at law against the Contractor and their Surety for correction of any and all latent defects discovered after the warranty period.
