DESCRIPTION

Pre-Solicitation Notice for GPCM Gas Forecasting System Subscription for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); RFQ #89603022Q061. This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement is not set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210 (Software Publishers); the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price award with one (1) year base period and four (4) option periods. The objective of this contract is to provide gas forecasting web-based subscription. A more detailed description of requirements, dates and place of performance will be provided in the solicitation document.
