About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a specialized, macroeconomic product suite and advisory services required by the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence (IN), Energy Security Division (ESD).
The SOW describes the requirement for a web-based platform providing a broad, in-depth coverage of multiple energy markets, including analysis on trends, risks, and impacts affecting U.S. energy security. The contractor will provide access to their macroeconomic and industry risk product suite, which includes daily analysis, quarterly reports, a risk/reward index, data and forecasts, and special reports. The contractor will also provide light consulting services through access to subject matter experts.
The related federal contract opportunity is a notice of intent for a sole source acquisition, stating DOE's intent to award a firm-fixed price contract to Fitch Solutions for these specialized products and services. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Interested parties may submit capability statements by June 24, 2024 to be considered for competition, but the government retains discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
