This includes testing issuer custodial account structures, collections and foreclosure processes, and other areas. The contractor will also perform specialized reviews, including forensic analysis, to address unique compliance risks. Additionally, the contractor will provide training to Ginnie Mae, issuers, document custodians, and other stakeholders on the compliance review process. The contractor must have its own IT systems and infrastructure in place to interface with Ginnie Mae's systems. The period of performance is 6 months, and the place of performance is primarily the contractor's work site with occasional travel to Ginnie Mae facilities or issuer/custodian locations.
