Instructions This workbook includes four (4) Total Evalauted Price (TEP) worksheets, one for each Homeownership Center (HOC): Atlanta (AHOC), (DHOC), (PHOC), and (SAHOC). Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting offers for more than one of the Homeownership Centers (HOCs), if an offeror is capable of providing services within the entire geographic areas of that HOC. To be considered for award, an offeror must demonstrate they are capable of providing all of the services within the entire geographic area of the HOC for which they are proposing.

The Proposal Letter referenced for that corresponding HOC will also be referenced with the title uised on the written proposal(s) and must be consistent with the submission of the email subject line requirements: FOUO\\INFO: Insert Solicitation Number, Company Name/Proposal and Name of HOC/Offer.
Step 2: In Column "E" provide the corresponding CLIN Firm-Fixed Prices (FFP). All FFP must be rounded to the nearest dollar. The Proposal Worksheets inlcude math to develop the TEP. No further action is needed on Proposal Worksheets.
Step 3: Provide pricing data in the "Supporting Math Data" and "Supporting Narrative" worksheets. If you need a conintuation worksheet for either one of those to supporting worksheets, you may create another worksheet. Further instructions are provided within each worksheet.
