About this file
This is a specification document for snow removal services issued by Central Bucks School District (CBSD), a Pennsylvania school district covering multiple municipalities including the Boroughs of Chalfont, Doylestown, and New Britain, as well as Buckingham, Doylestown, Plumstead, Warrington, Warwick, and New Britain Townships in Bucks County. The scope of work calls for contractors to provide snow removal services whenever snow accumulation reaches plowable levels across all CBSD facilities within the specified service area. CBSD will retain responsibility for all deicing operations with in-house staff at all sites and will conduct minor snow removal work using internal resources, with contracted services limited to plowable snow removal events.
The specification does not detail specific pricing structures, contract term duration, renewal options, bid due dates, site visit requirements, or pre-bid meeting information within the available documentation. Additional procurement details including budget allocation, funding sources, incumbent contractor information, bid submission procedures, and evaluation criteria would be contained in supplementary procurement documents associated with this contract opportunity.
