About this file
This is a Sources Sought announcement from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeking qualified sources for the next-generation Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS). DISA is conducting market research to identify small businesses and their subsets capable of providing comprehensive vulnerability scanning and compliance assessment services for approximately 11 million Department of War (DoW) devices. The required solution must deliver network-based, host-based agent, and agentless scanning capabilities across multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX/Linux, macOS, Cisco IOS) and device types, including cloud assets (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP), IoT and OT assets, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and web applications. The solution must support cloud deployment with FedRAMP High authorization at Impact Level 5, adhere to federal standards (SCAP, CVE, CPE, XCCDF, OVAL, NIAP, STIGS, FIPS 140-2), and include enterprise license management with scalable architecture for Department-wide deployment. The anticipated period of performance spans from January 1, 2029 through October 31, 2033 (base year plus four option years), with performance occurring in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Interested vendors must submit capabilities statements no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on June 4, 2026 to the identified DISA representatives. Responses should not exceed five pages and must address specific capabilities including experience with current DoW vulnerability management solutions, contracted services to U.S. Government customers in enterprise environments, migration experience from on-premises to cloud platforms, transition experience from existing vulnerability management solutions, and expertise with federal standards and problem resolution processes. The anticipated NAICS codes are 541519 (Information Technology Value Added Resellers) or 513210 (Software Publishers). Respondents must provide business information, CAGE code, socio-economic status if applicable, and relevant prime contract vehicles such as ENCORE III, SETI, NASA SEWP V, GSA OASIS, ALLIANT II, or comparable government contracting vehicles.
