About this file

This document appears to be a set of Questions and Answers related to the federal contract opportunity for the JFHQ-DODIN Protocol.

The key details are:

  • The government is requesting brand name or equal ceremonial products for this firm-fixed-price (FFP) action to be awarded to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
  • All quotes must come from an authorized reseller.
  • The contractor is confirming that the requested flags will be printed versus embroidered, except for the general flags which will be applique.
  • The contractor is also confirming that the poles will be silver in color and do not contain wood or any other material, contrary to the initial request for dark oak or light tan ash wood poles.

Text version

I would like to confirm that all your flags would be printed versus embroidered. Except for your general flags which will be applique: “Embroidered is not a “Must” but would be allowed”

I would like to confirm that the poles you’re requesting are dark oak wood versus the, light tan, ash wood with the chrome butt ferule. “The entire pole is silver in color. It does not contain wood or any other material.”
