This is a bid specification document from the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration for hand mowing, trimming, and litter pickup services at various locations in the Golden Ring Shop Area in Baltimore County. The contract involves maintenance of vegetation and grounds at multiple specified sites, with the work to be performed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period. The solicitation is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) set-aside, restricting bidding to qualified small businesses. Interested contractors were required to submit sealed bids by the specified deadline, with the award expected to follow evaluation of compliant proposals. The contract term and any renewal options are specified within the document's standard contract language.

Pricing for the services is to be submitted on a unit cost basis, with specific pricing for mowing, trimming, and litter removal activities at each designated location. The SBR designation reserves this opportunity exclusively for small businesses meeting Maryland's size standards. The document contains standard contract terms, insurance requirements, and performance specifications necessary for the successful completion of grounds maintenance services in the Golden Ring Shop Area.
