Refer to Attachment A - Statement of Work of the RFQ
Question Would the Government consider extending the RFQ response deadline by 30 days?
Would the Government consider alternative NAICS code classifications for this requirement?
Would the Government be open to considering proposals that address individual requirements, such as requirement 4.1.17, rather than the complete scope of work?
Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW) (page #'s 26 - 32 of the Request for Quote (RFQ) PDF), starting on page 28 of Amendment
NASA will leverage the FedRAMP ATO to support a NASA ATO. A FedRAMP solution is preferred and will significantly cut down security support hours.
The price will only include the proof of concept period.
Pricing should only include Proof of Concept requirements. ROM pricing for post pilot operations would be expected during the discovery phase of the Proof of Concept.
Up to 10.
During the Operational Readiness phase NASA may need to schedule time to work with the operator(s). At least 1 business days' notice will be provided during this phase.
During the Testing phase, advanced noticed should be made available through the appointment notification and scheduling process via the vendor solution. (reference 4.1.1, 4.1.3, 4.1.5)
NASA observes 15 minutes per person during in person enrollment sessions. This RFQ assumes that enrollments for remote workers would take equal amount of time or less per session, however this proof of concept will baseline the assumption. 20 hours should be allocated for the Supervising Operators.
NASA Response Refer to Amendment 002.
The current NAICS code aligns with the scope of the requirement that addresses the Government's needs.
Only the complete scope will be considered.
The intent is for the hardware used (per the statement of work: a desktop station and mobile travel case) to be leased through the duration of the 90 day engagement and returned to the vendor after the proof of concept. Hardware shipment to and from NASA will fall under the vendor responsibility.
Please make clear Requirement 4.1.26. The PDF is garbled. Refer to Attachment B of this Amendment.
The 300 hours for the duration of the PoC includes the functional and technical engineers, custom development of workflows, security support and consultation/professional services.
Is it the intent for the government to purchase the kiosks for the pilot?
Are the 300 hours meant to include the backend remote supervision or just the setup and support of the onsite enrollment?
To confirm, Attachment A is the statement of work that starts on page 26 of the PDF?
If the proposed solution already has a FedRAMP ATO, is the vendor still required to receive a NASA ATO or can NASA leverage the existing FedRAMP ATO for the Proof of Concept?
Does the price only include the proof of concept period or full deployment to all 50 States be included in the pricing?
Should vendor price all 50 SRIP stations or provide that as ROM Pricing for post Pilot operations?
How many people will be enrolled during the POC?
How much advance notice will be provided for the operators of the Supervising Operators?
How many hours should be allocated for the Supervising Operators?
