About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for NASA's space situational awareness and conjunction assessment services.

NASA seeks vendor support to establish a centralized service for screening NASA space assets against collision threats from other orbiting objects and debris. The vendor will operate secure, redundant operation centers to process ephemeris predictions from satellite owner/operators and conduct routine conjunction assessments for more than 60 percent of operational satellites in geosynchronous Earth orbit (GEO). Core deliverables include: maintaining a central repository of owner/operator-provided ephemeris predictions; accepting and converting NASA-provided predictive ephemeris data into compatible formats; screening NASA asset ephemeris information against all available provider predictions within designated orbital regimes; providing twice-daily email notifications for objects within user-specified close approach ranges; delivering web-based tools for collision avoidance maneuver planning and re-screening of resulting maneuver plans; generating routine plots of approach distances between NASA assets and NASA-defined neighbors; providing ephemeris data for objects within close approach ranges; sharing NASA ephemeris data with affected owner/operators; and screening capabilities against alternate orbit information sources such as the TLE catalog upon request.

The work location is primarily at the contractor's facility. The period of performance runs from 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2027. No pricing terms, response dates, award dates, or set-asides are specified in this SOW document.
