About this file

This is a Statement of Work for a Foam Proportioning and Dispensary Unit. The required system must be a spray foam proportioner with drum-to-gun connectivity capable of supporting 110-gallon total capacity (55 gallons per component) with separate drums for Isocyanate and Polyol components. The unit must be capable of heating both isocyanate and polyol components and be compatible with internally heated hoses to deliver these materials via a spray gun. The system shall include a display unit showing temperature, pressure, and flow rate or ratio of components. The equipment must be portable and cannot be installed as a permanent or semi-permanent fixture.

The minimum requirements specify that the proportioning unit must control and maintain delivery hose temperature, provide adjustable setpoints for temperature, pressure ranges, and flow rates, and include data logging and recording capabilities for temperature, component pressure, and flow rate or ratio parameters. Additionally, the recorded data must be exportable in a usable format for further analysis or documentation purposes.
