About this file
This is a Statement of Work for radiometric calibration and characterization services required by NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in support of the PACE Mission data product validation. The contractor must provide University of Tartu SeaBird and DALE System services for NASA GSFC field radiometers.
The scope includes six line items: (1) DALEC System Calibration and Characterization Hardware Service, encompassing absolute radiometric calibration from 350 nm to 900 nm at each pixel central wavelength (ISO 17025 accredited), angular response measurements from -90° to +90° at 5° intervals across two azimuthal planes, polarization sensitivity testing from 0° to 360° at 15° intervals for wavelengths 350 nm to 950 nm, thermal characterization at five temperature points (+5°C to +40°C), and straylight distribution function analysis; and (2-6) five separate SeaBird/TriOS Sensors Hardware Services covering absolute radiometric calibration, angular response, polarization sensitivity, thermal characterization, and straylight distribution function. The place of performance is NASA GSFC, 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771, with contact Antonio Mannino (antonio.mannino-1@nasa.gov). The period of performance is contingent upon NASA providing a shipping schedule on an as-required (ARO) basis. Payment shall be made in four equal installments of 25% each on August 31, 2026; December 31, 2026; March 31, 2027; and upon conclusion of calibration services.
